Senior Mobile Developer (iOS)

At Rather Labs, we're building cutting-edge solutions at the intersection of blockchain and technology. We’re looking for a Senior Mobile Developer to lead the development of our native iOS application from scratch. This role offers full ownership of the mobile client experience in a fast-moving Web3 environment, with the possibility to expand into Android development in the near future.

Main Responsabilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the native iOS app using Swift and the latest SDKs.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver functional, high-quality mobile features.
• Integrate with backend services via RESTful APIs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Implement unit and UI tests to ensure performance and stability.
• Optimize app responsiveness, memory usage, and user experience.
• Guarantee security and integrity of user data.
• Stay current on mobile trends and Apple guidelines.
• Participate in code reviews and team discussions.
• Potential to contribute to native Android (Kotlin) development.

What We’re Looking For

Must-have

• Solid experience as a Mobile Developer with published iOS apps.
• Expert in Swift and iOS SDKs (UIKit, SwiftUI, Core Data, etc.).
• Proficient in RESTful APIs and JSON integration.
• Strong command of Git and version control workflows.
• Excellent knowledge of mobile UI/UX and architecture patterns (MVVM, MVC, VIPER).
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like XCTest.
• Understanding of secure mobile coding practices.

Nice-to-have

• Experience with Android (Kotlin).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, Jenkins, Bitrise).
• Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or other UI design tools.
• Background in DeFi, crypto, or financial trading platforms.
• Awareness of security standards and protocols in finance.
