The Role
You'll be the person who makes our operations run on AI. You'll work directly with the CEO to automate workflows, build agents, refine prompts, and connect systems—freeing up human time for the work that actually requires humans. You'll also support our go-to-market execution, helping systematize and scale our outreach, pipeline management, and client engagement.
This is not a traditional ops role. You won't be doing manual data entry or scheduling. You'll be building the systems that eliminate manual work entirely—while maintaining the white-glove, anticipatory service our clients expect.
What You'll Do
- Build and refine AI agents in Asana to manage workflows, tasks, and projects
- Write and optimize prompts across our AI tools (Claude, Day AI, others)
- Work with Claude Code and our internal applications to build and improve automations
- Connect systems together—CRM, outreach tools, platform, communication tools
- Automate repetitive processes (research, enrichment, scheduling, follow-ups)
- Support GTM execution—systematize outreach campaigns, track pipeline metrics, automate follow-up sequences, and surface insights on what's working
- Help build playbooks for client acquisition and talent activation
- Document what works so it's repeatable and scalable
- Identify bottlenecks and build solutions without being asked
- Work with our developers to accelerate platform automation

- Experience with Claude Code or similar AI-assisted development tools is a plus
- Comfortable with APIs, no-code/low-code tools, and learning new platforms fast
- Understanding of five-star, concierge-level service—think Aman, not Marriott. You anticipate needs, obsess over details, and understand that serving ultra-high-net-worth clients requires discretion and excellence
