Job Description
NikoHealth is a rapidly growing SaaS company transforming how Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and Home Medical Equipment (HME) providers operate. Our innovative, all-in-one platform streamlines business operations, empowering providers to work smarter and more efficiently.
We’re seeking a Product Manager to help drive consistent, high-quality product delivery through strong execution, operational discipline, and well-defined product development practices. In this role, you will work closely with Engineering, Design, QA, Customer Success, and Sales to turn customer needs into clear requirements, scoped work, and shipped improvements—while helping establish structure and repeatable processes as the team grows.
What You’ll Do
- Translate customer and internal feedback into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable development work
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery process for features and enhancements—from discovery and refinement through launch and post-launch follow-through
- Lead backlog management by organizing, grooming, and prioritizing work in Jira to ensure teams stay focused and productive
- Partner with Engineering and QA to ensure work is well-defined, testable, and delivered on time
- Create and maintain lightweight but effective product documentation (Jira, specs, workflows, release notes, internal training materials)
- Coordinate cross-functional execution by ensuring the right teams (sales, CS, PSO) are aligned on scope, timelines, dependencies, and rollout plans
- Establish repeatable product practices (intake process, prioritization criteria, refinement templates, release communication cadence, etc.)
- Improve internal operating rhythm by driving consistent sprint ceremonies and strengthening the handoffs between Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success
- Support go-to-market execution by ensuring internal teams have what they need for launches (release notes, enablement materials, FAQs, customer communication)
