Digital Marketing Specialists – German or Dutch Speakers | Lisbon (Hybrid)

We’re hiring German OR Dutch-speaking Digital Marketing Optimization Specialists to join an international project focused on online advertising performance and optimization.
Your Role
- Optimize and manage online advertising campaigns (mainly Google Ads)
- Implement performance and optimization strategies for high-value clients
- Create keyword packs, bidding and budget recommendations
- Analyze campaign data, trends, and KPIs
- Deliver insights to improve overall advertising performance
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in German OR Dutch +B2 English
- At least 12 months of experience in digital advertising optimization
- (Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok or similar platforms)
- Strong analytical mindset
- Good Excel knowledge
- Understanding of KPIs and performance metrics
