Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Position description

Unlike many companies, being a Senior Engineer at our client isn’t just a pay grade or an empty title, it’s a distinction. It means you’ve built successful products before, faced hard-to-debug production issues, and consistently delivered solid, long-term solutions. It’s about knowing how to get things done right, not just fast.

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll be able to own a feature end-to-end - from frontend to backend and database, and occasionally even contribute to UX decisions when needed.

You’ll join the Applications Team, working alongside experienced teammates who truly know their craft. There’s no rigid hierarchy with dedicated architects or tech leads -the expectation is that senior engineers can create strong first drafts independently and are confident enough to collaborate and refine solutions together.

You will be working on:

• A state-of-the-art software platform that helps customers save millions
• Making the product fully enterprise-ready and self-service oriented
• Delivering feature increments from frontend to backend
• Resolving bugs in a way that prevents them from recurring
• Building monitoring and testing to detect issues before customers do
• Continuously improving developer experience for faster, smoother delivery cycles

Requirements:

• Experience working on long-term, evolving products
• Strong coding skills in React, TypeScript, and Node.js (or similar technologies)
• Solid, intermediate-level experience with databases and GraphQL
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools such as Cypress and Jest
• Ability to lead projects or major feature initiatives
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage in constructive technical discussions to reach elegant, simple solutions

What you will find helpful:

• Previous experience with Hasura or similar GraphQL middleware
• Good understanding of CSS fundamentals (box model, flexbox, styling)
• Background in event sourcing for complex workflows
• DevOps / Cloud experience to improve internal productivity
• Experience integrating AI systems (e.g. chat, recommendations, automation)
