🔑 Key Responsibilities
As the Integration Project Manager, you will:
- Lead, coordinate, and manage integration projects across multiple domains, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and timelines.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables using tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, and other project management platforms.
- Serve as the central point of contact for cross‑functional stakeholders, promoting transparency, collaboration, and effective communication.
- Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
- Facilitate project updates, status meetings, and reporting for leadership and stakeholders.
- Uphold project management best practices, methodologies, and organisational standards.
- Work closely with information security teams to ensure projects align with security policies, standards, and compliance requirements.
- Identify potential security risks within integration efforts and support implementation of necessary security measures.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, milestones, progress, and overall performance.
