🔑 Key Responsibilities

As the Integration Project Manager, you will:

• Lead, coordinate, and manage integration projects across multiple domains, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and timelines.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables using tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, and other project management platforms.
• Serve as the central point of contact for cross‑functional stakeholders, promoting transparency, collaboration, and effective communication.
• Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.

• Facilitate project updates, status meetings, and reporting for leadership and stakeholders.
• Uphold project management best practices, methodologies, and organisational standards.
• Work closely with information security teams to ensure projects align with security policies, standards, and compliance requirements.
• Identify potential security risks within integration efforts and support implementation of necessary security measures.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, milestones, progress, and overall performance.

• Contribute to shaping integration strategies and improving processes for greater efficiency.
• Support post‑merger integration activities, ensuring seamless transitions across systems, teams, and business processes.
• Document integration processes, lessons learned, and best practices to enhance future initiatives.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

We are looking for candidates with:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of project management experience, including at least 2 years in Information Security or IT.
• Proven success managing complex, cross‑functional projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, and other PM tools.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of information security concepts, policies, and principles.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, or integration projects is highly desirable.
• Core Skills: Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Certifications such as PMP, CISM, or CISSP are advantageous.
