Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment activities for international talent placement in Canada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and matching qualified international candidates with domestic employers, while providing continuous support to both candidates and clients throughout the hiring and relocation process.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through resumes, interviews, and assessments
- Match international talent with Canadian employers based on skill set, experience, and employer requirements
- Build and maintain a strong pool of candidates and categorize them based on skills, industry, and job readiness
- Prepare candidates for interviews by providing guidance on employer expectations, interview techniques, and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and employers and follow up on feedback
- Provide end-to-end candidate support, from initial screening through job placement and relocation to Canada
- Assist candidates with documentation guidance, onboarding support, and transition requirements (as applicable)
- Develop a clear understanding of employer needs, job roles, and workforce expectations
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records in ATS or CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of staffing requirements
- Stay updated on recruitment best practices, immigration trends (as relevant), and labor market conditions
- Perform other recruitment and staffing-related duties as required

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in staffing or international recruitment
- Experience working with international candidates or global hiring processes is an asset
