Job Description
Our client in the Fintech industry is looking for a Product Manager to join their team!
Location: 100% Remote. Candidates must be located in the continental United States.
Pay: $35/hour W2
Here is what you will be doing:
- Manage the end-to-end configuration of Pendo feature tags, pages, and events to ensure high-quality data capture across financial products and payments products.
- Design, test, and deploy in-app guides and onboarding flows that drive merchant adoption and simplify the user journey.
- Develop dashboards and usage reports that transform raw behavior data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Audit data integrity in partnership with engineering to ensure all analytics align with product goals and taxonomy.
- Sync with design and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency across all in-app messaging and guided experiences.
- Establish and document instrumentation standards to ensure scalable measurement as the product suite grows.
- Engage in agile ceremonies and collaborate with Product Ops to integrate analytics into the software release cycle.

Here is what our ideal candidate has:
- 1–2 years of professional experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner
- Experience with Pendo or comparable platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or WalkMe.
- Experience in SaaS operations, product analytics, or marketing technology.
- Interest in data-driven product design and improving user experiences through data analysis.
- Basic literacy in HTML/CSS is preferred.
- Collaborative communication style and comfortable working in an Agile environment across multiple workflows simultaneously.
- Experience working in FinTech or Payments technology is a plus.
