Job Description
Our client is a well-established, growing production company based in Dubai with a strong footprint in the industrial sector. Operating from a key industrial zone, they deliver high-quality products across regional and international markets.
As HR Director, you will be a trusted advisor to senior leadership and the architect of a future-ready HR function aligned with business strategy. You’ll own end-to-end HR operations from talent acquisition and compliance to workforce planning and culture ensuring full adherence to UAE labour law and nationalisation (Emiratisation) mandates.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an integrated HR strategy that supports business growth and operational efficiency.
- Lead all HR functions: talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, employee relations, and HRIS.
- Ensure 100% compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, Wage Protection System (WPS), and free zone requirements.
- Drive Emiratisation initiatives in line with government targets and internal KPIs.
- Partner with operations leadership to reduce turnover, improve engagement, and enhance productivity
- Manage visa processing, residency sponsorship, and onboarding for a diverse, multi-national workforce.
- Oversee HR budgeting, reporting, and analytics to inform strategic decisions.

Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- **Minimum 10 years of HR experience**, with at least **5 years in a senior HR leadership role** (HR Director, Head of HR, or equivalent).
- Experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial environments in UAE or GCC
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labour law, MOHRE processes and visa sponsorship
- Strong track record in building HR infrastructure, leading teams, and influencing C-suite stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a distinct advantage.
