This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Manager, Talent Acquisition in Europe.

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition professional to lead and grow a high-performing recruiting team across Europe. In this role, you will drive the full-cycle recruitment strategy, manage pipelines, and deliver data-driven insights to shape hiring decisions. You will coach, develop, and inspire your team while collaborating closely with business leaders to ensure hiring targets are met efficiently. This position provides the opportunity to influence the organization’s growth, shape long-term recruitment strategy, and foster a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and remote collaboration. The role operates in a fast-paced, global environment, where innovation and proactive problem-solving are highly valued.

Accountabilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Recruiters and a Sourcer, ensuring high performance and career growth.
  • Manage hiring metrics and pipelines, analyze trends, and propose actionable solutions to senior leadership.
  • Shape the vision and long-term strategy of the Talent Acquisition function, aligning with business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Hiring Leaders to ensure hiring targets are met and candidates have a positive experience.
  • Identify, design, and oversee high-impact recruitment projects, implementing innovative processes and tools.
  • Remove operational roadblocks and streamline recruitment workflows in partnership with People leadership.
  • Advocate for global diversity, equity, inclusion, and remote-friendly practices across all hiring initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing a Talent Acquisition team in a tech or high-growth startup environment.
  • Strong track record in full-cycle recruitment, GTM or tech hiring, and achieving hiring metrics.
  • Experience driving data-driven hiring strategies and leveraging recruitment analytics.
  • Innovative mindset with experience implementing new processes and programs.
  • Excellent coaching, mentoring, and team development skills.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, remote, and geographically distributed environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, prioritization abilities, and high attention to detail.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
