Job Purpose
Act as ExitLag's primary design reference, leading the strategy, execution, and evolution of design across all brand and product touchpoints. This role combines high-level leadership, strategic vision, technical excellence, and strong branding skills, and is critical to ensuring consistency, scale, and impact in a context of rapid growth and rebranding.

- Lead, develop, and engage the design team, promoting technical, behavioral, and career growth.
- Act as a market reference and guardian of ExitLag's design quality.
- Manage the Design team, including prioritization, resource allocation, and definition of rituals and processes.
- Drive and sustain the branding and rebranding process, ensuring visual consistency, narrative, and brand experience across all channels and products.
- Define and evolve the Design System, ensuring standardization, scalability, and alignment with Product and Engineering.
- Structure and optimize Design Ops practices, focusing on efficiency, productivity, and integration with development teams.
- Work strategically with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Business leaders, influencing key decisions.
- Translate business objectives into clear, scalable, user-oriented design solutions.
- Ensure alignment between strategic vision and practical execution of design on a daily basis.
- Fluent English to work in a global environment and collaborate with international teams and partners.
- Solid experience leading design teams in SaaS digital products, preferably in high-scale and complex contexts.
- Strong performance in branding, visual identity, and brand consistency, with experience in positioning and evolving digital brands, ideally in global markets.
- Practical experience in creating, evolving, and governing Design Systems, ensuring standardization, scalability, and consistency across products and platforms.
- Applied knowledge of Design Ops, with a focus on process optimization, operational efficiency, and increased productivity of design and development teams.
- Experience working in an integrated manner with Product and Engineering, in agile and data-driven models.
- Experience with products with high frequency of use, performance, and user experience as critical factors, common to the gaming universe.
