Our client is an Oman-based technology company developing a cloud-native work management SaaS platform that helps organisations structure work, manage information, and collaborate more effectively.

The platform is designed to be flexible and scalable, supporting a broad range of operational use cases—from simple task coordination to complex, multi-team workflows. Built fully in-house, the product places a strong emphasis on usability, configurability, and rapid iteration driven by real user feedback.

The Role

Our client is seeking a Lead Product Manager to take ownership of product design, product discovery, and ongoing product delivery for their SaaS platform.

This role requires a deep understanding of highly configurable, low-code or no-code products and how they are used in real-world environments. The successful candidate will define product behaviour from a user perspective and work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality features through frequent release cycles.

This is a hands-on leadership role with significant influence over product direction, usability, and overall quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design from concept through release and continuous improvement
• Lead product discovery and translate user needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Design flexible models for structuring work, data, automation, permissions, and collaboration
• Define and manage the product roadmap, balancing usability, scalability, and delivery speed

• Partner closely with engineering teams to support agile development and frequent releases
• Own product testing, including hands-on user acceptance testing and feedback-driven refinement
• Ensure the product is intuitive, coherent, and effective in real operational environments
• Support early go-to-market activities, including onboarding flows, documentation, and product positioning
• Act as the internal authority on product behaviour, edge cases, and configuration patterns

Essential Experience & Skills

• Proven experience as a Product Manager working on a SaaS platform
• Hands-on experience with low-code, no-code, or highly configurable platforms
• Strong understanding of how configurable SaaS products are designed, adopted, and misused by real teams
• Excellent judgement around usability, workflow design, and permission models
• Ability to translate ambiguous or evolving requirements into structured product behaviour
• Comfortable leading product decisions in fast-moving environments with changing priorities

Nice to Have

• Experience with B2B SaaS products serving SMEs or mid-market organisations
• Experience taking products from early development through launch and iteration
• Exposure to operationally complex or compliance-driven business environments
