Job Description
We are seeking a Blockchain Developer to build and maintain decentralized applications (dApps), smart contracts, and blockchain integrations that support our Web3 community hub in art and technology. You will develop secure, scalable solutions for tokenized art, NFT platforms, DeFi features, and community governance tools — enabling creators, collaborators, and users to interact seamlessly in a global Web3 ecosystem. This role involves hands-on coding, testing, and deployment on chains like Ethereum or Solana, with a focus on innovative features that foster collaboration and creativity.
- Design and implement smart contracts: write, audit, and deploy Solidity/Rust code for features like NFT minting, token distribution, DAOs, and royalty mechanisms tailored to art/tech communities.
- Build dApps and integrations: develop frontend/backend for Web3 apps using frameworks like React, Web3.js/Ethers.js; integrate with wallets (MetaMask, WalletConnect) and APIs for seamless user experiences.
- Optimize for scalability and security: implement gas-efficient code, conduct security audits (e.g., using Slither), and ensure compliance with best practices to prevent vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate on projects: work with designers, marketers, and community leads to create tools for collaboration (e.g., tokenized events, shared ownership models) in art and technology.
- Testing and maintenance: write unit/integration tests (Hardhat, Foundry); monitor on-chain performance, debug issues, and upgrade contracts as needed.
- Research and innovation: explore emerging tech (Layer 2s, zero-knowledge proofs) to enhance platform features; contribute to open-source or community-driven developments.
- Documentation and support: create technical docs, APIs, and guides for community developers; provide support for integrations and troubleshooting.
