Location: Mohali

Process: Chat, Email & Voice Support

Salary: ₹4 LPA (CTC)

Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Shifts: Rotational

Work Schedule: 5 days working, 2 days rotational weekly off


🔹 Role Overview

We are hiring Customer Care / Technical Support Associates to assist customers across domains, hosting, email, and telecom services. The role involves handling queries via chat, email, and calls, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.


🔹 Responsibilities

  • Provide support for domain, hosting, DNS, name servers, SSL, cPanel/Plesk.
  • Troubleshoot issues like DNS delays, website downtime, WordPress setup, email failures.
  • Assist with device setup, activation, billing, and account concerns.
  • Escalate complex problems while maintaining SLA, compliance, and documentation.
  • Deliver excellent customer experience across Chat/Email/Voice channels.


🔹 Skills Required

  • Strong communication (written & verbal).
  • Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge.
  • Familiarity with telecom/mobile services (added advantage).
  • Ability to multitask and work in rotational shifts.
