• Participate in design reviews and iterate based on feedback
• Maintain consistency with design systems and brand guidelines
• Continuously improve user experiences through research and best practices

• Basic understanding of UX principles (user flows, usability, information architecture)

• Experience using design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch

• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS to collaborate effectively with developers

• Ability to receive feedback and iterate on designs
