The Role

You’ll design, build, and optimise systems that give us speed, leverage, and accuracy before others even see the opportunity.

• Build full-stack trading and data systems
• Design and scale data pipelines feeding predictive models
• Develop and maintain internal platforms, tools, and infrastructure

You’ll own problems end-to-end, ship fast, and strengthen the stack with every commit.

The Stack

We use the right tools for the job. Currently:

• Languages: Python, Rust, Java, SQL
• Infra & DevOps: Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Buildkite, Github
• Workflow: Prefect

Comparable experience works if you learn fast.

Baseline Requirements

• 3+ years building and shipping real-world software
• Bachelor’s degree (CS, Engineering, Info Systems or similar)
• Ownership mindset: accountable for outcomes, not excuses
