We're Looking To Hire a Senior Embedded Firmware Engineer To Join Our Team. You'll Work With Our Incredible Clients In One Of Two Ways
- Team Augmentation: You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers daily.
- Design & Build: You will work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.

- 5+ years of professional experience as a Firmware Engineer or Embedded Systems Engineer.
- Advanced English is required.
- Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
- Strong hands-on experience developing embedded firmware using C and C++.
- Proven experience working with ESP32 platforms, with ESP32-C6 and ESP32-S3 strongly preferred.
- Experience developing embedded systems from prototype hardware to production-ready devices.
- Hands-on experience with audio processing, DSP, and low-latency audio streaming (e.g., WebSockets, UDP).
- Experience with BLE-based proximity features and wireless communication on embedded devices.
- Strong background in low-power optimization, including deep sleep modes and battery management.
- Experience working with IMU sensors and motion tracking in embedded systems.
- Familiarity with on-device AI inference or embedded ML workloads is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize firmware for performance, reliability, and real-time constraints.
- Comfortable working alongside hardware iteration cycles and manufacturing timelines.
- Strong understanding of embedded development workflows, including code reviews, documentation, testing, and maintainability.
- Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
- Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
- Forensic attention to detail.
- A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
- Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
