This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Field Marketing Manager. In this role, you will join a lean and high-performing marketing team to help scale the global events program. Your contributions will be vital in executing impactful event experiences that boost brand awareness and community engagement. This position is perfect for an organized and detail-oriented individual who excels at managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while fostering cross-functional collaboration and enthusiasm for live events. Strong written communication and the ability to work independently are essential as we operate in a remote-first, async setup.

Accountabilities

  • Own execution for a portfolio of events across sponsored, hosted, and community programs
  • Evaluate event opportunities and recommend investments of time and budget
  • Execute sponsorship agreements, manage deliverables, and oversee contract workflows
  • Manage event budgets, vendors, timelines, and onsite operations
  • Coordinate event logistics including booth assets, shipping, and signage
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align goals and deliver high-quality events
  • Ensure optimal attendee experience and manage event presence
  • Support promotion and attendee communications
  • Ensure lead capture and post-event follow-up
  • Track event performance for reporting and program enhancements
  • Help create scalable playbooks and processes for future events

Requirements

  • 4-7+ years of experience in event marketing and/or field marketing (B2B SaaS preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to run high-quality events
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, and contracts
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to excel in a fast-moving, remote, and async work environment
