About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and executing projects of varying complexity, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality front-end solutions on time and within budget. This role requires a proactive individual capable of evaluating and implementing modern frameworks, technologies, and tools relevant to project requirements. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including back-end engineers and project managers, to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of web applications. Additionally, the Front-End Developer will collaborate with the Front End Architect to stay abreast of emerging technologies and incorporate best practices. The role demands excellent multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that project objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in front-end development or similar roles
• 3+ years of hands-on experience working with React.js
• Experience working in an agency environment
• Proven ability to evaluate and implement front-end technologies, with a focus on React
• Strong understanding of web development standards, best practices, and responsive design
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
• Experience with modern web development tools and workflows
• Previous experience developing large-scale websites and web applications

• Lead and execute front-end development for projects of varying sizes and complexities
• Ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery of front-end components

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including designers, back-end developers, and project managers
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Work alongside the Front End Architect to understand project requirements and incorporate new development technologies
• Partner with back-end engineers to ensure seamless integration of front-end components
• Identify potential project risks and proactively communicate and mitigate them
