Data, Analytics, and Support Engineer

To support our growth we are strengthening our IT Team with a Data, Analytics & Support engineer position.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize Business Intelligence reports at group level
• Develop and support cloud-based system integrations
• Deploy and contribute to the Group Data Management Strategy
• Support deployment of group IT solutions in hotels
• Oversee external IT resources when required
• Propose new IT tools / business solutions with a constant focus on cost-efficiency and scalability

Qualifications:

Soft skills:

• Strong data analysis skills
• Ability to work autonomously
• Experience in remote work
• Experience in multi-site business
• Fluent in English and French are a must, German a plus.
• Capacity to work from home or a hotel of somnOO
• Ready to travel in France and Germany.

Technical skills:

• Minimum 5 years track record of supporting IT business solutions in a technical role
• Proven advanced Business Intelligence tool expertise (Power BI preferably)
• Strong understanding of Relationnal Databases and Systems Integration
• Understanding of Cloud models
• Proficient in SQL and C#
• Understanding of REST API
• Understanding of IT impact on business processes
