Job Description
Client is seeking an experienced Automation Tester with ETL Testing expertise to support a critical data migration initiative from DB2 to MongoDB. The role will focus on backend automation testing, database validation, and ETL pipeline testing to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance throughout the migration process.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform backend automation testing to validate data migration from DB2 to MongoDB
- Design and execute automated test scripts for ETL pipelines and data validation
- Validate data transformations, completeness, and accuracy during ETL processing
- Work closely with data engineers and developers to identify and resolve defects
- Execute complex SQL queries to validate source-to-target data consistency
- Support automation efforts throughout the migration lifecycle

- 5+ years of experience in backend automation testing
- Strong hands-on automation testing experience using Selenium

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
