Job Description

Join us as a Product Manager (all genders) in our Rider Feedback team and help shape the future of autonomous mobility!

The Rider Feedback team enables MOIA and its global customers to understand how riders experience autonomous (AD) trips. We collect and analyze feedback ranging from overall satisfaction, perceived safety, and comfort to specific input about pick-up and drop-off locations.

Building on this data, the team develops actionable feedback insights through clustering, aggregation, AI-based categorization, and by connecting feedback with other data sources. Our goal is to identify trends and patterns that help teams across MOIA continuously improve the autonomous mobility experience.

What you will do

  • Build and evolve data products and analytical capabilities that transform unstructured rider feedback into structured, actionable insights.
  • Enable MOIA and its customers to understand how riders feel, what they value, and where improvements are needed by aggregating and clustering feedback and building KPI driver trees and other explanatory models.
  • Collaborate closely with other data teams as well as vehicle and teams around the self-driving system to combine feedback data with operational and system data.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and other access points for feedback insights.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of MOIA's needs when it comes to collecting and understanding rider feedback and translate this into a meaningful roadmap.
  • Partner with the Lead PM, Staff Design, and UX Research to build a deep understanding of rider needs around safety, comfort, and satisfaction, and champion the rider perspective within a complex autonomous mobility service.
  • Identify high-impact opportunities aligned with MOIA's mission, strategy, and measurable goals.
  • Shape quarterly planning by balancing strategic focus, rider value, business impact, and technical investments, and drive execution.
  • Partner closely with the Technical Lead to share responsibility for product quality, technical robustness, and team culture.
  • Align across teams to manage dependencies, timelines, and cross-team initiatives, as well as external partnerships with autonomous driving partners.
  • Represent the Rider Feedback team within the Product Community and actively share learnings and best practices.

What will help you to fulfill your role

  • Proven experience building data-driven products that deliver real business and user value.
  • A hands-on, analytical mindset with the ability to turn raw or abstract data into meaningful, actionable insights.
  • Experience working with dashboards and analytical tools (e.g. QuickSight) and exploratory analysis environments (e.g. Jupyter notebooks), basic SQL skills.
  • Strong interest in and practical experience with AI-supported analysis, such as automated categorization, clustering, or insight generation.
  • Familiarity with LLMs for text analysis (prompt engineering, evaluation of AI-generated insights) and an understanding of their strengths and limitations.
  • Working with rider feedback in an autonomous mobility service goes beyond pure analytics. You combine a strong analytical mindset with empathy for riders and ideally have experience in B2C settings.
  • You know when and how to engage with riders to collect feedback, ideally bringing experience from B2C mobile app development.
  • Ability to translate complex rider and stakeholder needs into a clear, prioritized product roadmap, with a track record of delivering impact in dynamic environments.

Ways of working

  • Visionary: You think big, craft compelling product visions, and understand what makes ideas viable from both a business and technical perspective.
  • Pragmatic: You make sound decisions, move things forward, and trust teams to find the best technical solutions.
