Senior Power BI / Data Analyst/Team Lead
We are seeking an experienced Power BI/Data Analyst to help scale a growing BI platform in the real estate industry. In this role, you will work in close cooperation with business stakeholders to define key metrics and details and subsequently develop robust, insightful data visualization to drive key decisions and identify trends. You’ll work as part of a highly experienced engineering team using a modern, cloud-native technology stack to support an expanding business intelligence capabilities.
What You'll Do:
- Create, edit, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models to support business decisions
- Analyze data in commercial real estate areas related to tenants, leases, rent payments etc.
- Define in collaboration with stakeholders KPIs and business indicators for further visualization
- Translate business needs into analytical and technical requirements
- Document analytical processes and ensure data consistency and quality
- Support the automation of reporting processes

Must-have

- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a BI/Data Analyst
- Knowledge of SQL, DAX
- Experience working with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Knowledge of data modeling, entity mapping, and API integration.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher (written and spoken)
- Basic understanding of Data Warehouse and ETL Principles;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
Nice-to-have
- 3+ years of experience leading BI teams, and scaling team capabilities
- Exposure to modern cloud data platforms (e.g. Microsoft Fabric, Databricks) and their utilization for reporting tools
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and security best practices
- Experience working in the real estate or similar data-intensive domains
