Job Description
We’re looking for a people-first HR Generalist who enjoys owning day-to-day HR operations and supporting a distributed workforce. This role is heavily focused on HR administration, payroll support, benefits coordination, and employee support, and is ideal for someone who is highly organized, discreet, and dependable in a remote setup.
You’ll be a key partner in ensuring our team members are supported, informed, and set up for success—while keeping HR operations accurate, compliant, and efficient.
Compensation & Perks
Salary Range: ₱45,000 - ₱55,000/month (Final offer based on skills and experience matched to role requirements)
Work Setup: 100% permanent work-from-home
Bonuses:
- $25 monthly perfect attendance bonus
- Performance bonus
- Anniversary bonus (₱5,000 at 1 year; ₱10,000 at 2 years)
- $300 referral bonus per successful hire

What You’ll Do
- Act as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries (PTO, attendance, COE requests, timesheets, etc.)
- Support payroll processing by collecting, validating, and organizing timekeeping data
- Prepare and manage benefits documentation, including attendance bonuses, healthcare enrollment, and welcome kits
- Assist with onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
- Handle timesheet adjustments and monitor productivity dashboards
- Conduct employee check-ins and support engagement initiatives
- Coordinate internal team activities and HR operational tasks
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information
- Support ad hoc HR projects and people operations initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
- 2+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team
- High level of discretion, reliability, and professionalism
- Willingness to work night shift supporting a US-based or global workforce
- Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
