Job Description


We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Head of Marketing / Marketing Director with a strong background in the iGaming industry to lead and scale a high-performance global marketing operation.

This is a unique opportunity to own the entire marketing and growth strategy of a fast-growing digital gaming platform, operating in highly competitive international markets.



Responsibilities:


  • Define and execute the global marketing and growth strategy Own the full funnel: acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization Manage and scale key growth channels, including: Paid Media (Meta, Google, etc.)
  • Affiliates Influencers and Streamers CRM and Email Marketing SEO / ASO (when applicable)
  • Lead and structure multidisciplinary marketing teams
  • Track and optimize performance metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROI, and growth KPIs Work closely with Product, CRM, and Operations teams Operate across multiple international markets


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in the iGaming industry (mandatory)
  • Previous experience in senior marketing leadership roles
  • Strong background in performance marketing and user acquisition
  • Strong branding skills, including brand creation, brand building, and brand awareness
  • Thinking skills Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Experience in or strong enthusiasm for the crypto market


Nice to have:


  • Experience in crypto casinos or Web3 products Exposure to multiple regions (LATAM, Europe, North America, MENA, etc.)
  • Experience scaling high-growth digital platforms
