Key Responsibilities
Design and develop custom modules, templates, and integrations using HubSpot tools.
Build and optimize custom objects, workflows, and automation to support Sales, Marketing, and CX processes.
Use APIs and webhooks to connect HubSpot with other systems and internal tools.
Create custom forms, scripts, and logic to enhance CRM functionality.
Build, test, and maintain scalable automation workflows for lead routing, lifecycle management, task automation, and notifications.
Optimize existing processes to reduce manual work and improve user adoption.
Implement and refine lead scoring models and segmentation.
Create dashboards, reports, and performance analytics to enable data-driven decision-making.
Monitor system usage, data quality, and key metrics across teams.
Provide actionable insights to departmental leads to improve funnel performance.
Act as the primary HubSpot expert internally, supporting users’ needs and questions.
Train and enable teams on HubSpot best practices, new features, and workflows.
Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable fixes.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align HubSpot configuration with organizational needs.
Participate in strategy sessions, campaign planning, and technology evaluations.
Ensure alignment between HubSpot and other tools in the tech stack.

The Role

The HubSpot Developer & Administrator owns the strategy, optimization, development, and governance of Via’s HubSpot instance. This hybrid role blends technical development with platform administration to ensure HubSpot supports cross-functional revenue goals, improves data quality, and accelerates efficient engagement across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. You will build custom solutions, automate workflows, integrate systems, and provide technical expertise that empowers team members to work smarter and achieve better outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who loves solving technical challenges, improving business processes, and maximizing the value of CRM technology in a mission-driven SaaS environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Development & Customization
    • Design and develop custom modules, templates, and integrations using HubSpot tools
    • Build and optimize custom objects, workflows, and automation to support Sales, Marketing, and CX processes
    • Use APIs and webhooks to connect HubSpot with other systems and internal tools
    • Create custom forms, scripts, and logic to enhance CRM functionality
  • Automation & Workflow Engineering
    • Build, test, and maintain scalable automation workflows for lead routing, lifecycle management, task automation, and notifications
    • Optimize existing processes to reduce manual work and improve user adoption
    • Implement and refine lead scoring models and segmentation
  • Reporting & Analytics
    • Create dashboards, reports, and performance analytics to enable data-driven decision-making
    • Monitor system usage, data quality, and key metrics across teams
    • Provide actionable insights to departmental leads to improve funnel performance
  • Support & Enablement
    • Act as the primary HubSpot expert internally, supporting users’ needs and questions
    • Train and enable teams on HubSpot best practices, new features, and workflows
    • Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable fixes
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align HubSpot configuration with organizational needs
  • Participate in strategy sessions, campaign planning, and technology evaluations
  • Ensure alignment between HubSpot and other tools in the tech stack
What We're Looking For

  • 4–7 years of experience managing and developing HubSpot instances in a professional context
  • Proven proficiency as both a HubSpot Administrator and HubSpot Developer
  • Strong technical skills with HubSpot automation, workflows, custom objects, reports, and dashboards
  • Experience with HubSpot APIs and integrations with external platforms
  • Comfortable translating business requirements into CRM solutions
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing a CRM in a remote or distributed environment

Bonus Qualifications

  • HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, CMS Developer) are a plus
  • Experience with additional CRM or automation platforms
