We’re building Vibiz.ai, the first Vibe Business Platform.

We’re VC-backed, already have hundreds of paying customers, and we’re creating an AI agent that autonomously manages and grows businesses.

This is a new category.

It needs new UX patterns.

And we’re looking for a Founding AI Product Designer to design the future of how humans interact with autonomous AI agents.

🚀 What you’ll do

• Design agentic interfaces that feel magical — the AI does the work, the user stays in control
• Own the entire design process: research, wireframes, prototypes, UI, interaction design, shipping
• Build and iterate on AI-native UX patterns (this is not only a traditional SaaS)
• Prototype and ship UI components yourself using Cursor and Claude Code
• Use AI tools across your workflow to move 10× faster
• Work side by side with founders and engineers — zero handoff culture
• Define the visual identity and design system of a product creating a new category

🧠 You are

• Someone who has already designed AI-powered or agentic interfaces (and can show them)
• A designer who codes — you ship, not just hand off Figma files
• Obsessed with AI tools for design, prototyping, and experimentation
• Comfortable with ambiguity — we’re inventing the patterns

❗ Hard requirements — read carefully

If any of these is a no → don’t apply.

• You use AI tools daily for your design work (non-negotiable)
• You use Cursor / Claude Code daily
• You have experience designing AI-powered or agentic interfaces (must be shown)
• You live within 1 hour by car from Verona, or you’re ready to relocate (mandatory)
• You can show a real portfolio (Behance, Dribbble, personal site, case studies)

✨ Big add-ons (nice to have)

• Active X / Twitter presence where you share design work or AI experiments
• Experience with motion design & micro-interactions
• Background in early-stage startups
• Experience with autonomous tools (AI marketing, distribution, agents that take action)
• Comfortable doing user research and talking directly to users
