Senior/Staff-Level Product Engineer

Techmunity are hiring for a London-based engineering team building an AI-first B2B platform that applies generative models to solve a genuinely hard problem: delivering personalised, 1:1 experiences at enterprise scale, without requiring armies of marketers, designers, or engineers.

Led by repeat founders, the company raised a strong seed round and has 2.5×’d ARR, onboarded 50+ customers, and doubled headcount in the last year. They’re now gearing up toward Series A and scaling the engineering team behind the platform.

You'll be joining an engineer-led team where people are trusted to own problems end to end. There's no heavy PM layer - you'll be close to users, sales, and customer feedback.

They’re hiring Senior and Staff-level Product Engineers, with multiple roles for both backend- and frontend-leaning profiles.

Backend-focused engineers will own the systems that make personalised, AI-driven experiences possible at scale.

You’ll design and run production services end to end, working on distributed systems, event-driven workflows, and integrations that directly power customer-facing features.

The current stack is Go, AWS, Kafka, and Postgres, but engineers from Python, Java, Node, Rust, or similar backgrounds are welcome if you’ve built real backend systems and want to ramp into Go.

Frontend-focused engineers own the product surfaces where customers actually experience that personalisation.

You’ll build and evolve complex, data-heavy UIs and workflows, shipping features that directly impact how enterprise users interact with the product.

The frontend is a first-class concern, built in React, Next.js, and TypeScript, with a strong emphasis on product thinking and system awareness.

Across both roles, they care far less about years of experience and far more about how you think, take ownership, and ship in ambiguous environments.
