The Innovation Leader is the strategic architect and driving force behind the organization's evolution. Your primary mission is to translate future vision into present-day value by leading a comprehensive innovation and transformation agenda. You will be responsible for ensuring that every technological initiative is deeply rooted in solving tangible business challenges and generates clear, measurable returns. This role demands a unique blend of strategic foresight, operational excellence, and inspirational leadership to identify disruptive opportunities, cultivate key external partnerships, and collaborate across all corporate functions to design and deploy cutting-edge solutions.
🧩 Core Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Strategic Innovation Leadership
- Develop, communicate, and continuously refine the organization's multi-year innovation and product roadmap, ensuring direct alignment with overarching business goals and market opportunities.
- Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities.
- Design and propose innovative business models that leverage the company's existing assets and capabilities to capture new value streams.
- Initiative Management & Execution
- Act as a crucial translator between business needs and technical execution, converting complex stakeholder requirements into a clear, actionable, and prioritized portfolio of initiatives.
- Own and champion the end-to-end discovery process, including user and market research, solution validation, rapid prototyping, and structured value-testing pilots to de-risk investments.
- Establish robust metrics and KPIs (e.g., ROI, Customer/Employee Adoption Rates, Operational Efficiency Gains) to track, analyze, and report on the impact and success of all innovation projects.
- Team Leadership & Ecosystem Development
- Provide direct leadership, mentorship, and goal-setting for specialized teams in UX/UI Design and AI & Automation, fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment.
- Build and nurture a strategic external network of partnerships with startups, academic research centers, venture studios, and technology vendors to scout for and co-develop innovative solutions.
- Serve as the primary liaison with the Implementation/Operations teams, ensuring a seamless handoff and transition from the innovation phase to scalable execution and integration.
- Cultural & Capability Transformation
- Champion a data-driven and automation-first mindset across the organization, promoting these as strategic levers for efficiency and insight.
- Design and implement programs, workshops, and communication strategies to actively foster a pervasive culture of innovation, curiosity, and calculated risk-taking at all levels of the company.
- Act as an internal evangelist for modern product and innovation methodologies.

Experience Required
- A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in roles directly centered on innovation management, digital product leadership, or organizational transformation within complex corporate environments.
- Strategic & Operational Acumen: Proven ability to formulate long-term strategy while maintaining a firm grasp on operational realities and execution details.
- Technology Fluency: Strong conceptual understanding and practical knowledge of key domains including User Experience (UX) principles, data analytics, intelligent automation, and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Technical coding skills are not required, but the ability to converse knowledgeably with technical teams is essential.
- Stakeholder & Partner Management: Exceptional communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of engaging effectively with C-suite executives, business unit heads, and external partners.
- Business & Financial Literacy: Experience in evaluating business models, constructing business cases, and understanding financial drivers like ROI and cost-benefit analysis.
- Methodological Proficiency: Hands-on experience with agile project management, design thinking, lean startup, or other relevant innovation frameworks.
