Key Responsibilities
Own day-to-day administration of Salesforce Sales Cloud
Maintain data integrity, pipeline stages, and workflows

Partner with leadership on process improvements and reporting needs
Support and administer Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Ensure marketing initiatives are properly configured across Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
Support journeys, audience segmentation, and campaign data
Maintain lead source tracking and basic attribution reporting
Serve as the internal point of contact for website updates and maintenance in coordination with our external website team and marketing agency
Work with external partners to support website-related lead capture, form routing, and CRM integrations
QA and validate website changes to ensure proper tracking, accuracy, and data flow
Serve as the operational bridge between Sales and Marketing
Document processes and maintain consistency
Identify gaps or inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Work closely with the Business Systems Associate and Financial Analyst to manage data flows and maintain consistency across Salesforce, ERP, and reporting platforms
Support leadership with reliable reporting and insights

ABOUT THE ROLE

As we invest in stronger sales and marketing operations to support our ongoing growth, we are seeking a hands-on Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist to support our sales and marketing initiatives by leveraging Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.


This role:

  • Focuses on Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud administration, campaign setup, and reporting
  • Works closely with our external marketing agency to ensure campaigns, website updates, and lead flow are executed accurately and tracked properly


This is a high-impact, individual contributor role, ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to make sales and marketing teams more effective and data more reliable.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Sales Operations

  • Own day-to-day administration of Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Maintain data integrity, pipeline stages, and workflows
  • Support pipeline reviews and basic forecasting
  • Build and maintain sales dashboards and reports
  • Ensure process adoption across inside and outside sales teams
  • Partner with leadership on process improvements and reporting needs


Marketing Operations

  • Support and administer Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Act as the internal operational partner to our external marketing agency, leveraging the creative assets and copy they develop to set up and manage campaigns within Marketing Cloud
  • Coordinate with the agency on campaign execution details, timelines, tracking, and reporting
  • Ensure marketing initiatives are properly configured across Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
  • Support journeys, audience segmentation, and campaign data
  • Maintain lead source tracking and basic attribution reporting


Website & Digital Coordination

  • Serve as the internal point of contact for website updates and maintenance in coordination with our external website team and marketing agency
  • Work with external partners to support website-related lead capture, form routing, and CRM integrations
  • QA and validate website changes to ensure proper tracking, accuracy, and data flow


Cross-Functional Support

  • Serve as the operational bridge between Sales and Marketing
  • Document processes and maintain consistency
  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies and recommend improvements
  • Work closely with the Business Systems Associate and Financial Analyst to manage data flows and maintain consistency across Salesforce, ERP, and reporting platforms
  • Support leadership with reliable reporting and insights


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS


  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a related role
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Applicants should be prepared to describe their hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud as part of the application process.
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data and reports
  • Experience supporting inside and outside sales teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear communicator with sound business judgment
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


  • Experience supporting remote sales teams
  • Experience working with external marketing agencies or consultants
  • B2B experience, particularly in manufacturing, industrial, or technical sales environments
  • Experience working closely with sales leadership
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience


LOCATION & TRAVEL


This is a remote role based in the U.S. We strongly prefer candidates located in the Central or Eastern time zones to align with our team. The role requires the ability to travel to our headquarters in Yardley, PA approximately once per quarter for in-person collaboration.

Reports to Director of Sales


SALARY

55,000 - $65,000 per year
