About the Opportunity:
The organization provides an end-to-end ecosystem designed to support Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) in delivering care, improving financial performance, and ensuring compliance. It replaces outdated technology with solutions for care coordination, risk adjustment, population health, and utilization management to improve outcomes for dual-eligible seniors.
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement cloud security tools and code in the Azure environment
• Define and enforce image baselines including logging/monitoring, encryption by default, network segmentation, public access controls, and IAM automation
• Build and maintain automated security systems: SAST/DAST, SCA, CI/CD orchestration, and policy checks for secure engineering practices
• Lead security incident response processes and daytime on-call rotation
• Manage monitoring, detection, and response systems and interventions

• Ensure alignment with HIPAA, SOC2, and HITRUST requirements and support annual audit cycles
• Integrate and tune CSPM/SIEM tooling to prioritize and drive remediation via PRs and automation
• Analyze and resolve issues in cloud posture, access, and related domains within architecture
• Partner with platform and product teams on design reviews, PR reviews, and security testing
Requirements:
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with cloud security services and moderate functional knowledge of Azure constructs (Azure AD/Entra ID, Policies, Defender for Cloud, Sentinel)
• Experience owning or designing cloud security environments with expertise in access control, vulnerability management, incident response, and cloud posture management
• Experience writing and maintaining system hardening modules integrated into CI/CD pipelines
