About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Web Developer to join our dynamic team on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in web development, with the ability to write, modify, and test software code effectively. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining websites and web applications that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and highly functional. The Web Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative digital solutions, optimize website content, and ensure seamless user experiences. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a developer looking to contribute to impactful projects within a supportive and growth-oriented environment. The successful candidate will work at our office located in Avenue, Drayton Valley, AB, with an anticipated start date as soon as possible.

Qualifications

• Completion of College or CEGEP education in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
• 1 to less than 2 years of professional experience in web development or software programming.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies.
• Experience with designing and implementing website layouts, user interfaces, and interactive features.
• Familiarity with content management systems, graphic software, and database integration.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Write, modify, integrate, and test software code to develop functional and efficient websites and applications.

• Source, select, and organize information for website content, ensuring an engaging and user-friendly appearance.
