About the Client
Our client is a fast-growing remote tech startup helping companies across Asia set up, manage, and secure distributed teams from one unified platform. Lean, mission-driven, and execution-focused, they’re entering a high-growth phase where inbound marketing is a core growth engine.
The Role
This is a player–coach Marketing Manager role where you’ll fully own inbound marketing—from strategy to execution. You’ll drive qualified leads through SEO, high-converting content, website optimization, and marketing automation, while managing a small team of junior talent and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and scale inbound lead generation through SEO, content, and conversion optimization.
- Build and execute a strong content & SEO strategy (blogs, case studies, landing pages, guides).
- Optimize the WordPress website for speed, UX, and lead capture.
- Manage HubSpot (or similar) for lead nurturing, automation, and reporting.
- Track performance using GA4, SEMrush, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Tech, and Leadership.
- Manage junior writers, interns, and external partners.
- Test and optimize small-scale paid campaigns (LinkedIn / Google).

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing, SEO, Content Marketing, or Analytics are a plus.
- 4+ years of B2B marketing experience (SaaS / Tech / IT services preferred).
- Strong hands-on experience in SEO, content, and inbound lead generation.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Experience with SEMrush, HubSpot, GA4, WordPress, Google Sheets/Excel.
- Data-driven mindset with strong ownership and execution skills.
