Job Functions:

  • Growth Acquisition Optimization: Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok
  • App Store Optimization: Develop and implement SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance analysis
  • Lifecycle Retention Marketing: Manage marketing projects from concept through completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
  • Build, manage, and optimize email automation workflows (welcome series, lifecycle campaigns, promotions, re-engagement, retention, etc.)
  • Write clear, compelling, and conversion-focused email marketing copy
  • Repurpose existing content (video, photography, long-form content) into effective marketing collateral for email, ads, and digital channels
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all marketing channels
  • Community and Social Strategy: Support community building and social strategy

 

Experience & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing
  • Proven experience running PPC, SEO, email, and lifecycle campaigns that drive real growth
  • Comfortable owning user acquisition, funnel optimization, and conversion performance
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar)
  • Strong copywriting skills with a focus on engagement, retention, and conversion
  • Experience repurposing video and creative content into high-performing ads and marketing assets
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking performance metrics, marketing KPIs, and growth experiments
  • Familiar with analytics tools and using insights to iterate quickly
  • Experience working in fast-paced startups or small teams — scrappy, adaptable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
  • Passion for fitness, wellness, or building products that help people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident
