πŸ” Technical Account Manager – AI SOC Vendor

Location: Anywhere in Germany (Remote)

Compensation: Up to €160,000 OTE


Stealthwatch are exclusively working with a fast-growing AI-driven SOC (Security Operations Center) vendor that is redefining how enterprises detect and respond to cyber threats. Due to continued growth across the DACH region, they are now looking to hire a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support and expand key customer relationships across Germany.

As a Technical Account Manager, you will act as the trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers, ensuring they gain maximum value from the platform while driving long-term adoption and expansion.


You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver exceptional post-sales technical engagement.


πŸ›  Key Responsibilities

  • Own technical relationships with strategic enterprise customers
  • Lead onboarding, deployment, and optimization of the AI SOC platform
  • Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues
  • Deliver regular technical reviews and success planning sessions
  • Identify expansion opportunities and support renewals
  • Provide feedback to product teams based on customer use cases
  • Support pre-sales when deeper technical expertise is required


βœ… Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, or Senior Support Engineer role within cybersecurity or SaaS
  • Strong understanding of SOC operations, SIEM, SOAR, MDR, or XDR technologies
  • Comfortable working with enterprise security teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-growth environments
