Senior UX/UI Designer

General Description

Join a high-impact digital product experience program with a technology-driven mobility and digital services platform operating across multiple countries and cities. We are looking for a Product Designer (UX/UI) to lead the design and implementation of user experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and delightful for millions of customers, delivery partners, and merchants.

This role is ideal for a senior UX/UI designer with strong experience in end-to-end product design, design thinking methods, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Content teams. You will have the opportunity to shape product experiences from initial concepts through launch and to influence design standards across the organization.

This is a fully remote role with a flexible engagement type.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with product managers and other designers to define, design, and iterate innovative experiences that improve user experience and positively impact business KPIs.
• Partner with Product Managers as thought partners to create product vision and problem-solve collaboratively.
• Collaborate with content teams to enhance the overall user experience.

• Own solutions at all stages from concept to launch, ensuring design objectives are met.
• Conduct user research and evaluate feedback to drive informed design decisions.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards across products.

Required Skills & Experience

• Ability to understand complex business problems and establish a design vision for short, medium, and long-term.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Experience designing and shipping impactful products at scale.
• Experience working within multi-disciplinary teams with Product, Engineering, and Commercial stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret and leverage data for design insights.
