Job Description - US Marketing Specialist

As the Marketing Specialist, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate our brand presence, drive business growth, and engage our target audience. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in digital marketing, content creation, event management, and team leadership.


This role also requires the ability to coordinate and oversee all marketing plans and execution for our various co-managed branding.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Strategy & Leadership:

  • Lead Generation: via all channels, both online via social media and/or In-person Events. Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee the marketing department, providing guidance and performance management.
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations.
  • Lead and manage multiple projects and events focused on generating leads.
  • Ensure the company's positive image is maintained through consistent messaging.


Video Production:

  • Oversee the creation of engaging video content.
  • Collaborate on video content strategies and ensure high-quality production.
  • Put together Content Calendars for both online and in person events and social media content.


Content Creation & Social Media Management:

  • Lead and manage small social media projects and campaigns.
  • Oversee social media engagement and performance analysis.
  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies across platforms (WeChat,Xiaohongshu/Wechat Channels, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
  • Manage multiple brand identities within a large group setting, ensuring consistent messaging.


Event Marketing:

  • Plan and execute online and offline marketing events.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue and vendor coordination.
  • Handle event guest communication (invitations, reminders, follow-ups).
  • Evaluate event ROI and suggest improvements.


Email Marketing:

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns.
  • Manage email lists and analyze campaign performance.
  • Create professional and engaging email content.


Branding & Communications:

  • Maintain and enhance brand identity and messaging.
  • Oversee public relations and media relations.
  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies.


Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure marketing alignment.
  • Manage external marketing agencies and vendors.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in a marketing management role, preferably in the real estate or finance industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and event management.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and teams.
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead small social media projects.
  • Experience managing multiple brands within a large organization.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in person at our Cupertino office.
  • Real estate and finance experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin - Fluent in Speaking and Writing is A MUST.
