Position: IT Recruiter (U.S. Market)
Location: Fully Remote, Must reside in Metro Manila area
Employment Type: Long Term Contract, 40 hours per week
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful IT Recruiter with proven experience supporting U.S.-based positions and clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruiting for technical and professional roles, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, build strong candidate relationships, and collaborate effectively with account executives and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and professional services roles across diverse U.S. industries.
- Source and engage top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, and creative sourcing techniques.
- Conduct thorough phone screens to evaluate candidates’ technical qualifications, communication skills, work authorization, and compensation expectations.
- Prepare and present candidate resumes in the Bayforce standard format and submit qualified profiles for review.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring timely communication between all stakeholders.
- Maintain strong candidate control throughout the recruiting lifecycle — managing competing offers, interview feedback, and ensuring smooth onboarding.
- Collaborate closely to discuss role requirements, hiring priorities, and market conditions, recommending strategic sourcing approaches as needed.
- Recruit passive candidates through direct outreach, networking, and relationship-building efforts.
- Provide timely updates to the AE on candidate status, interview outcomes, and hiring challenges.
- Build and maintain a long-term candidate pipeline and foster trusted relationships with skilled professionals for future opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Must have experience recruiting for U.S.-based roles (corporate, consulting, or staffing environment).
- 2–5 years of IT or professional recruiting experience, ideally in a high-volume or agency setting.
- Proficient in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job boards (Monster, Dice, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal — with a professional, client-facing demeanor.
- Strong candidate management and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized with solid planning, prioritization, and time management abilities.
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn, be trained, and continuously improve.
