2+ years as an agency recruiter, focused on roles within the IT industry.
Passion for business development and winning new clients.
Strong negotiation skills and proven track record in closing deals.
Clients that you can work with straight away and a targeted list of companies you want to target in the next six months.
Proven ability to forecast accurately on revenue generation
Entrepreneurial attitude and ambitious plans to scale.
