About Our Company

Universal DX, Inc. is an international Company with a highly experienced team focused on cracking cancer’s code. Through our multi-omics and bioinformatics models, we have figured out how to read the disease’s signals in blood with high accuracy to detect cancer in its earliest stages. Starting with a colorectal cancer screening liquid biopsy test, we are building a multi-cancer platform that can identify the unique DNA regions associated with different types of cancers.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner with solid US recruiting experience in Life Sciences to support our growth in the US. This role will own end-to-end recruiting for highly specialized scientific and technical roles and will act as a true partner to hiring managers in a fast-scaling biotech environment. This is a hands-on, high-impact role with strong exposure to leadership and the opportunity to help build our US hiring foundations from the ground up.

How You’ll Contribute

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for scientific, technical, operational, and corporate roles across the US.
  • Source, attract, and engage top-tier candidates in Life Sciences, including oncology, diagnostics, bioinformatics, molecular biology, and biotech operations.
  • Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, niche platforms, industry events, and direct sourcing.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and selection criteria.
  • Screen candidates for scientific expertise, technical depth, cultural alignment, and growth potential.
  • Manage structured interview processes, ensuring consistency, fairness, and alignment with our competency frameworks.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire hiring cycle.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records in our ATS (Greenhouse).
  • Support employer branding initiatives in the U.S biotech market.
  • Provide weekly talent pipeline updates, metrics, and hiring insights to leadership.
  • Collaborate with People Operations on offer preparation, onboarding coordination, and workforce planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years recruiting in Life Sciences (biotech, diagnostics, pharma, medtech, or clinical labs).
  • Strong knowledge of US talent market and competitive biotech hiring trends.
  • Demonstrated experience hiring for roles such as scientists, lab personnel, R&D, bioinformatics, engineering, and operational functions.
  • Proven ability to source niche scientific talent through advanced Boolean search, networking, and market intelligence.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in oncology, liquid biopsy, genomics, or multi-omics.
  • In-house recruiting experience in a high-growth biotech or startup.
  • Experience building structured interview processes or training hiring managers.
  • Deep familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS.
