Systems Engineer II | Tucson, Arizona, United States | Hybrid | $68,900-$131,100 yearly

The Role

• Develop and maintain system and subsystem requirements, architectures, and interface documentation

• Support verification and integration activities for complex systems

• Participate in design reviews and failure investigations

• Gain technical expertise in development, integration, and troubleshooting

• Become proficient in requirements management using tools like DOORS

• Contribute to Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) initiatives using tools such as CAMEO and standards like SysML/UML


What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with 2+ years of relevant experience

• Demonstrated experience in analyzing concepts of operations, requirements definition, and decomposition

• Strong communication, technical writing, and presentation skills

• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Secret security clearance

• U.S. Citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility

• Experience with DOORS and MBSE (CAMEO, SysML/UML) is highly preferred
