Accountabilities
- Design, implement, and execute manual and automated test scenarios for cloud-based applications.
- Conduct API, functional, system, regression, acceptance, validation, load, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and support teams to ensure high-quality software releases.
- Improve and maintain test processes, documentation, and reporting standards.
- Contribute to team and company OKRs, supporting overall business objectives.
- Assist with troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving complex software issues.
- Work under tight schedules while prioritizing tasks independently and collaboratively.

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a QA Engineer, ideally in a global SaaS environment.
