About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Cloud DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices on Microsoft Azure. In this role, you will collaborate closely with development, architecture, and security teams to automate deployments, improve system reliability, and ensure secure, high-availability cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (YAML, Bicep).
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement DevOps best practices and automated deployments.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker, Azure Container Apps, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Configure and manage API Management (APIM) and other Layer-7 technologies for secure service communication.
- Implement Application Insights for monitoring, logging, and diagnostics.
- Manage secrets and sensitive data using Azure Key Vault.
- Design and implement Azure Active Directory (AD) authentication workflows and app registrations.
- Configure and manage Azure networking components including Virtual Networks (VNet), Azure Firewall, and Azure Front Door.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability.
- Apply cloud security best practices and compliance standards.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to scalable, resilient system designs.
- Stay up to date with emerging cloud and DevOps technologies.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Cloud and DevOps engineering, preferably on Azure.
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines using YAML or Bicep.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, AKS, and Azure Container Apps.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and C.
- Experience with API Management (APIM) or similar Layer-7 technologies.
- Hands-on experience using Application Insights for monitoring and diagnostics.
- Experience managing secrets using Azure Key Vault.
- Solid understanding of Azure Active Directory, app registrations, and authentication workflows.
- Knowledge of Azure networking concepts: VNet, Azure Firewall, Azure Front Door.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles.
