Key Responsibilities
Maintain and optimize lead routing, notifications, task automation, field structures, and lifecycle processes.
Ensure that CRM data structures and definitions remain consistent and scalable across regional markets.
Identify gaps in product capabilities, tooling, or workflows that slow down sales and onboarding.
Implement technical solutions to support RevOps execution, including CRM setup, pipeline configuration, sales automation, lead generation, enrichment, scoring, routing workflows, internal dashboards, and lightweight reporting tools.
Utilize no-code, low-code, or basic scripting solutions (e.g. n8n, etc.).
Build and maintain CRM workflows, automations, and data structures in alignment to optimize RevOps, i.e. n8n, Creatio, etc.
Collaborate closely with product & engineering teams to define RevOps-related technical requirements and priorities.
Step in to implement temporary technical fixes or workflows when speed and execution are critical.
Adjust and refine workflows and automations based on team feedback and local market patterns.
Conduct regular customer and user conversations to understand sales workflows, pain points, and buying behaviors.
Translate internal and external customer feedback into clear RevOps insights and actionable product recommendations.
Lead community and ecosystem engagement across channels such as WhatsApp, Discord, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and local events.

Role Overview

  • We’re growing fast and looking for a RevOps / GTM Engineer to supercharge our outbound channels and support sales growth. This is a hybrid role at the intersection of technical problem-solving and go-to-market strategy. You’ll work across sales and marketing teams to accelerate our outbound motion and drive real business impact.

Key Responsibilities


Revenue Operations (RevOps)


  • Maintain and optimize lead routing, notifications, task automation, field structures, and lifecycle processes.
  • Ensure that CRM data structures and definitions remain consistent and scalable across regional markets.
  • Identify gaps in product capabilities, tooling, or workflows that slow down sales and onboarding.
  • Implement technical solutions to support RevOps execution, including: - CRM setup, pipeline configuration, and sales automation | - Lead generation, enrichment, scoring, and routing workflows | - Internal dashboards and lightweight reporting tools | - No-code, low-code, or basic scripting solutions (e.g. n8n, etc.)

Mandatory Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst. Understand leads data enrichment, digital marketing workflow.
  • Experience working in early-stage startups or fast-growing technology companies.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu or Behasa Indonesia.
  • Comfortable engaging customers across different personas from different industries.
  • High ownership mindset with a proactive, growth-mindset, practical execution-oriented approach.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving startup environments.
  • Hands-on technical ability to configure or modify tools that support sales and RevOps execution.
  • Familiarity with web applications, APIs, CRM systems, and automation tools.
  • Experience using no-code / low-code platforms or basic scripting to improve workflows.
  • Ability to translate RevOps needs into clear technical tasks and executable solutions.
