The Role
We’re looking for a proactive Email Marketing Campaign Manager to own campaign execution across a portfolio of DTC brands. You’ll manage the full campaign lifecycle: from strategy and briefing to build, QA, scheduling, and reporting. Ensuring every campaign drives measurable results and aligns with client goals.
You’ll work closely with designers, copywriters, and strategists to deliver high-performing campaigns that wow clients and customers alike.
Responsibilities
1. Plan, brief, and manage weekly email and SMS campaigns for multiple eCommerce clients.

2. Build and schedule campaigns in Klaviyo (or similar ESPs) ensuring correct segmentation, dynamic content, and flawless QA.
3. Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to optimize messaging, visuals, and offers.
4. Analyze campaign performance, report insights, and recommend optimizations based on metrics (CTR, CVR, revenue per recipient, etc.).
5. Manage client communication around campaign timelines, approvals, and performance updates.
6. Maintain and update campaign calendars and internal trackers to ensure deadlines are met.
7. A/B test subject lines, send times, and creative to continuously improve performance.
8. Ensure all emails comply with brand guidelines, deliverability standards, and legal regulations (GDPR/CAN-SPAM).
9. Support flow (automation) setup and optimization where needed.
What You’ll Bring
1. 3+ years experience in email marketing (agency or eCommerce brand experience preferred).
2. Strong working knowledge of Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar ESPs.
