This role offers the opportunity to lead the strategy, development, and implementation of internal systems and business processes that drive operational efficiency and business growth. You will partner with leadership and department heads to translate strategic goals into actionable roadmaps, ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely execution. The position requires managing end-to-end project lifecycles, optimizing processes, and implementing tools that improve productivity. You will work closely with technical teams while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders across the organization. The role is fully remote, with flexibility to collaborate across time zones, and offers autonomy to shape impactful internal solutions that enable teams to work smarter and faster.
Accountabilities
- Define and communicate the vision for internal systems and processes that enhance operational efficiency.
- Transform strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps and project plans aligned with business priorities.
- Lead the end-to-end internal project lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering to implementation and continuous optimization.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and transparency.
- Analyze existing processes, identify opportunities for automation and improvement, and implement scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and other internal teams to ensure high-quality, timely project delivery.
- Monitor progress, assess risks, and adjust plans to maintain project success and alignment with business goals.
- 4+ years of experience as a Project or Product Manager in a digital or tech-driven company delivering internal solutions.
- 2+ years of experience improving business processes and implementing internal tools.
- Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and delivering impactful internal solutions.
- Strong understanding of modern project and product management practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-informed decisions.
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and delivery skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in business process optimization and digital transformation.
- Familiarity with automation tools and low-code/no-code platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, or Bolt is a plus.
- Previous experience in business analysis is advantageous.
- Self-driven, highly organized, and comfortable working remotely across time zones.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
