This role is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced technical recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring across engineering and product teams. You will work closely with hiring managers and leadership to build strong talent pipelines, improve recruitment processes, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. The position requires balancing speed with quality while managing multiple requisitions across a variety of technical domains. Success in this role involves proactive sourcing, strategic stakeholder management, and a data-driven approach to hiring. You will help shape the technical hiring strategy, support organizational growth, and drive operational excellence in recruitment. Accountabilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
- Manage multiple requisitions across levels and functions, including Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, Mobile, Data, ML, DevOps, and QA roles.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, job boards, communities, and referrals.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview scorecards, and structured hiring processes.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication, timely follow-ups, and effective offer negotiation.
- Improve hiring process efficiency, maintain ATS hygiene, track recruitment metrics, and provide regular progress reports.

- 5+ years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on technical hiring.
- Proven success hiring for engineering and product roles, preferably in startups or high-growth environments.
- Strong sourcing expertise with measurable results in attracting passive candidates.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to align hiring priorities with business needs.
- Familiarity with ATS tools (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Zoho Recruit) and sourcing platforms.
- Knowledge of technical roles, skill sets, and market trends; experience hiring for AI/ML, Data Science, Cloud, or Security roles is a plus.
- Experience building scalable hiring processes and working with cross-functional teams and leadership.
