AI/ML Data Engineer

JOB TITLE    : AI OR Data Engineer  

WORK LOCATION  : HCM / Hanoi / Da Nang / Japan  

WORK TYPE    : Full-time  

PROJECT TYPE   : Global / AI – Data Platform / English or Japanese communication  

(*) Responsibilities:

- Develop and deploy AI / Machine Learning / Data solutions for real business use cases  

- Work with structured and unstructured data for analytics, prediction and automation  

- Build data pipelines, data processing workflows and model training pipelines  

- Develop and optimize ML models (prediction, classification, recommendation, NLP, etc.)  

- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Software Engineers and Business teams  

- Support model deployment to cloud / production environment  

- Monitor model performance and continuously improve model quality  

- Research and apply new AI / Data technologies into projects  

(*) Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering or related fields  

- From 3+ years experience in AI / ML / Data Engineering projects

OR   Freshers / Junior candidates AI/Data Engineer+ Japanese N2

- Good programming skill in Python (preferred) or Java / C++  

- Basic knowledge of Machine Learning / Deep Learning / Data Analytics  

- Basic knowledge of SQL / Data Processing / Data Structures & Algorithms  

- Understanding of AI model lifecycle: data preparation → training → evaluation → deployment  

- Good problem solving, logical thinking and learning mindset  

(*) Nice to have:

- Experience with ML frameworks: TensorFlow / PyTorch / Scikit-learn  

- Experience with Data tools: Spark, Airflow, Kafka, Databricks  

- Cloud experience: AWS / Azure / GCP  

- Experience with MLOps / Model deployment / API development  

- Knowledge in NLP / Computer Vision / GenAI / LLM is a plus  

- Experience working in global environment

- Good English communication OR   Japanese from N2+
