Manual QA Analyst | Up to £50,000 | Fully Remote | Permanent
A growing organisation is looking to hire a Manual QA Analyst with a strong focus on UI testing to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will sit closely with product, design, and engineering teams and will play a key part in ensuring high-quality, user-facing applications.
The Role
You will focus primarily on manual UI testing across web-based applications, ensuring functionality, usability, and visual consistency meet expected standards. Working closely with developers, designers, and product owners, you will help validate new features, enhancements, and fixes prior to release. As a Manual QA Analyst, you will be involved throughout the delivery lifecycle, reviewing requirements and designs, creating and executing test cases, and providing clear feedback on UI behaviour. You will help maintain a consistent user experience across browsers, devices, and screen sizes.
You will be responsible for identifying, logging, and tracking defects, particularly UI-related issues, providing clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence. The role suits someone who is detail-oriented, methodical, and comfortable working in a collaborative Agile environment.

- 2–4 years’ experience as a Manual QA / Test Analyst
- Strong experience in manual UI testing of web applications
- Ability to write and execute manual test cases and test scenarios

- Defect tracking experience using tools such as JIRA
- Exposure to Agile delivery environments
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
