Job Title: Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Analyst / Automation Tester
Location: FULLY REMOTE JOB
Duration: 2 Months (Possible for Extension)
PAYRATE: $50 PER HOUR ON W2.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, Education, or equivalent relevant work experience (required).
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (SQA) OR
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the SQA Analyst I role.
- Experience testing relational databases and writing SQL queries.
- Knowledge of quality assurance and testing methodologies.
- Experience testing non-GUI applications, including:
- Back-end processing
- File processing
- System-to-system interfaces
- Familiarity with IT industry standards (e.g., ITIL, COBIT, IEEE).
- Experience using test automation tools (open-source and commercial).

Technical Skills
- 5+ years of experience with the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and test strategy development.
- Hands-on experience designing test automation frameworks using modern tools (e.g., Selenium with Java).
- 5+ years of experience developing automation test scripts.
- Experience with cross-browser automation (Web and Mobile).
- Strong understanding of SQL and backend testing.
- Hands-on experience with test management tools, such as:
- ALM
- Azure DevOps (ADO)

Responsibilities
- Establish and execute testing strategies and test plans.
- Analyze project requirements and define a comprehensive testing approach.
- Gather and review requirements from internal and external stakeholders.

- Derive test scenarios and design test cases using standard test design techniques.

- Provide regular status updates and reporting to stakeholders.
- Promote continuous improvement of QA processes and standards.
